Our promise, word for word

We use your content only to provide WinAdvantage to you. We never use it to train AI or to test or improve our product.

We may use anonymous counts, such as how often suggested answers are accepted, to improve the product.

Your data is stored in Singapore.
To write an answer, only the question and the passages it needs go to our AI provider.
Our AI providers keep nothing and train on nothing, under a zero-data-retention agreement.
Our supplier list names each AI provider and the countries where it works.

We accept only the file types we read.
Every upload is scanned for viruses before anything opens it.
Each file is opened in a sealed space with no internet access. If a file hides something harmful, it has no way out.

Only your company.
Every company account is walled off. Another company can't reach your content: the database itself checks every read and write.
Our staff can't see your questionnaires, answers, library or files in the app without your temporary, logged permission.
Every staff view is logged.

Kept while you subscribe.
Deleted 30 days after your plan ends.
Ask us to delete anything. It's done within 30 days, and backups are gone within another 30.

If we have reason to believe a breach affects your data, we tell you without undue delay, and no later than 48 hours after we confirm it.
Before a new supplier handles your content, you get 30 days' notice.
