How WinAdvantage answers RFPs and security questionnaires

Four steps, for anyone on the team.

WinAdvantage is in development. We're choosing a small number of pilot companies.

1Step 1

Bring your past questionnaires

Upload the RFPs and security questionnaires you've already answered. Their answers work straight away.

  • No library to build first.
  • When two old answers disagree, the newest one wins.
2Step 2

Upload your prospect's questionnaire

The file your prospect sent you, as it came: Excel, Word, PDF or PowerPoint. Several files at once is fine.

  • It finds every question and shows you anything it might have missed, before it answers.
  • Add your prospect's instructions too. It picks up the deadline and word limits.
  • 100 questions are answered in less than 3 minutes.1
3Step 3

Check the answers

Every answer comes from your own documents, with its source and how sure it is.

  • Start with the ones marked Check, Low or Not enough information.
  • Need an expert? Assign the question. They get an email and see only the questions you sent them.
4Step 4

Send their file back

Answers go into the same cells and boxes of your prospect's file. Ready to send.

  • Formatting, links and attachments stay as they were.
  • PDFs come back as Word or Excel.

Then it gets better

When you finish, an Admin saves the new answers to your library in one step. Next time, they're ready.

Security questionnaires and DDQs

The same four steps, with two extra rules.

  • Yes or no questions start with Yes, No or Partially.
  • The bar for a confident answer is set higher, because a security answer can end up in a contract.
Is multi-factor sign-in required for all staff?
Partially. It is required for engineering and admin roles.
